This project has substantially changed from its original layout. The existing utility room was at the back of the property, while the kitchen was the opposite end of the area.
With Structural steels and footings in place we supplied and fitted, we transformed a role reversal to the area. We re located the kitchen to the other end of the building, created from scratch a downstairs WC with shower enclosure. We constructed alongside the new WC wall a fully operational concealed utility room. Fully equipped with a new sink station, storage and utility appliances hidden behind bespoke joinery units and doors.
Finally to this project, we created a garage conversion. This consisted of new electrics with small consumer box, insulation to walls and ceiling, new divided wall, new joinery doors and window, fully plastered to turn this old disused garage into a gym/office space and extra storage/boot room.
