We are glad to say that this project was a total gut out and refurb on this property.
Externally we rectified the flat roof with Asphalt, repointed the Brickwork to the front and back of the property and made adjustments to the front garden to create a more open space.
Internally we fully refurbished the first floor and ground of the whole property. With a new bathroom, WC, bedrooms, living room and kitchen.
As you can tell from the photographs we were also very pleased with the outcome of our bespoke joinery that starts from the ground floor with panelling doors to create a concealed storage space under the staircase. The panelling then flows around up the staircase to the first floor, where more panelling is met and we manage to create another concealed storage cupboard.
We used many new products on this project supplied by the client, some materials challenging but we enjoy learning and executing them with great effect to create this new living space.
