This beast of a project was a full house renovation with a new loft conversion and back extension. with only existing floor joists and the existing walls of the property being kept, it had the 5-star treatment.
All brand-new walls, ceilings and roofs to the loft conversion and back extension, all walls, ceilings and floors were highly specified to have optimum insulation, both sound and energy installed.
Using beautiful bespoke materials including zinc for the main loft dormer and pitched back extension roof to bespoke supplied and fitted aluminium doors and windows it turns this house into something special.
A special touch was creating a ‘his and hers’ bespoke wet room in the loft!
