This property was in serious need of a facelift. Clients purchased the property from probate and we were instructed for a full house refurbishment with the exception of a back extension and loft.
Everything was stripped back bare to existing sub-material surfaces. This included a brand new bathroom, kitchen, utility room and downstairs WC. Not to mention a brand new rewire, re plumb with a new boiler and all brand new walls and ceilings plastered.
To finish this project back to its former glory, all floorboards throughout the house were painstakingly repaired, replaced, sanded and varnished. This is the result you can clearly see with this project.
