Flat Refurbishment

We recently completed a complete refurbishment of a one bedroom apartment in a sought after area of Central London. Our client required a full renovation of the property to a very high specification to ensure the best rental income. We lowered the ceilings in the kitchen to create a more inviting space adding spotlights and fitting a brand new kitchen. A total refurbishment of the bathroom was required with both a stand alone bath and shower fitted and tiled. Brand new oak engineered flooring was laid throughout the living room and hallway, the bedroom had new doors to the wardrobes. We completed the job with decoration throughout the property.
